Packaging
We respect everyone's right to privacy that is
why all orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging bearing the
return address of "Karecore, Inc.." Your package will not bear any
external markings that will give away the nature of your order,
however we do encourage you to share its contents with whomever
you like.

Domestic
Shipping
Getinthemood.com offers three shipment options:
Standard Shipping
(U.S. and Canada)
All orders with Standard Shipping selected
are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of
receipt. We ship products Monday through Friday. All Standard
Shipping orders should arrive within three to five business days
from the day your order is shipped.
Please Note:
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs and
other US territories may take longer.
- At this time, we cannot track shipments
to AEO, APO or FPO addresses.
Two-Day
Shipping
For an additional
fee, Getinthemood.com offers Two Day shipments. All Two
Day orders that are received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time are usually
processed and shipped the same day we receive them and should
arrive two business days from that date.
Please Note:
- Two-Day Service is not available for PO
boxes, AEO, APO or FPO addresses.
- Two-Day Service is not available for
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories.
- Saturday delivery is not available for
Two Day shipments. Packages will be processed, shipped and
delivered Monday through Friday.

Next Day
Service
For an additional
fee, Getinthemood.com offers a Next Day Service option.
Next Day orders that are received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time are
processed and shipped the same business day we receive them and
should arrive the following business day.
Please Note:
- Next Day Service is not available for PO
boxes, AEO, APO or FPO addresses.
- Next Day Service is not available to
Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories.
International Shipping
For an additional fee, Getinthemood.com
will ship to international locations, depending on your country
location. Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due
to legal restrictions. Karecore, Inc. is not responsible for
shipments misrouted or delayed due to local post office delivery
problems. At this time, we cannot track International shipments.
International orders are shipped within two business days of the day
we receive them. You may be held responsible for customs or other
fees upon your shipment's arrival in your country. Please allow four
to six weeks for delivery. We will email you with your total
shipping charges and will need an acceptance reply before items are
shipped.

Shipping Methods
We use both The United States Postal
Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver
packages. Shipping costs are based on the weight and
destination of package. When you place your order the charges
will be automatically calculated.
US-Priority Mail normally takes between 2 - 5
business days to reach destination depending upon your geographic
location.

UPS Ground Service normally takes
between 5 - 7 business days to reach destination.
Products are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise
requested.

Tracking
Your Order You can check the status of your order
in three different ways:
- Receipt Page:
After you finish ordering with us, the final page you see will
summarize the details of your order. Bookmark that page and check
it later for the tracking information, which is updated when your
order ships.
- Email
Confirmation: As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you
an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number.
If, for some reason, you do not receive this confirmation email,
please email us at sales@getinthemood.com
and we will send you your tracking
number.
- Your Account
Page: You can also visit Your
Account Page. You'll need to enter the email address you gave us
with your billing address when you placed your order. If you have
ordered with us more than once, you will also need to enter your
order number.
Once you have your tracking number, contact
your carrier directly to determine the status of your shipment.
Getinthemood.com is not responsible for
refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment
tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment tracking number
confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please
contact your carrier immediately.

Undeliverable Orders
Undeliverable orders, including Two Day and
Next Day orders that are sent to PO boxes, will be returned to
the Getinthemood.com distribution center.
Please Note:
- In the event of an undeliverable
shipment, Getinthemood.com will refund your credit
card for the amount of the product purchased and any applicable
taxes. Shipping charges will still apply.

Product Return Policy Your Satisfaction is our number one
goal. We do our best to make everything perfect for you.
However we realize that sometimes things can happen and we want to
take care of your concerns as soon as possible.
Here is what
you can do to help us make it right:
- Contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem.
- If you might want to exchange or return an item, do
not open it or use it. We cannot accept opened/used items for
return unless they are defective.
- Keep all packaging and shipping materials until we get things
fixed.
- Include your order number on every message to our customer
service team.
- Please send an email to customerservice@getinthemood.com
with your concern and contact information, and someone from our
team will get back to you as soon as possible because your
satisfaction is our number one goal.
