A muscular sling in
both men and women that stretches from the pubic bone in front to
the tailbone in back that supports the internal sex organs.
They control contractions during arousal and orgasm and control
urine flow. Also known as the PC muscles and they should be
exersized regularly.

The
external genitals of the female.
